Whereas most buyers are looking for the best priced and quality home for themselves. Hence, the argument comes about Listing Price vs. Selling Price. It is their baby that they fixed up, loved, and cherished. However, it is hard to expect a buyer to pay extra for things on a home which are not tangible.
