What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the College Hills Neighborhood are generally range between 1000 and 3000 square feet. Most of the homes were originally built around 1960. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built in 1975. You will find multiple types of home styles including cottage, New Orleans and Traditional. Many of the homes in College Hills have been updated with modern features such as granite and wood flooring. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 2 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a 5 bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Most of the lots range between 1/4 acre to nearly 2 acres.
