Built in 2008 with about 1760 sq ft of living space. These are truly one of my favorite condominiums.

Lakes Edge was built in 2005 and offers 2 or 3 bedroom floor plans. The square footage of each unit ranges from 1,196 to 1533. The smaller units are located on the first floor. The larger, 3 bedroom floor plans have a private staircase that leads to the living room, kitchen and master bedroom and bath, then has another stair case off of the living room that leads to the additional bedrooms and bathroom. Each unit has a view of the community's lake from the rear patio.
Lakes Edge Too is located off of Kenilworth Pkwy near Burbank Dr and was built in 2007 by O'Neil/Fremin.All units are 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The community has a large three acre lake and is also protected by a gated entrance.

This student friendly, gated community is located near Burbank Drive and Lee Drive and is on the LSU bus route. The 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom floor plan varies in size from 1219 to 1473 sq.ft. This is also a new construction subdivision and is located adjacent to University Villas on Burbank Dr. The subdivision was established in late 2013 and consist of 3 to 4 bedroom houses ranging from 1463 to 2420 living sq. ft.. The builder of this subdivision is DSLD, of whom has built several new neighborhoods in Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas. This subdivision is located off of Nicholson Dr, which runs directly into the LSU campus. 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom options. So many to choose from at University View, located off of E. Boyd Drive which runs in between Nicholson and Burbank Drive. You can literally walk to class from these condos, or if you are like me you will just jump on the LSU bus. The first complex was built in the early 2000's while the newer section began builing in 2011 with some units still under construction. Although the two complexes share the same name and builder, they are very different. The original complex is more of a traditional condo, while the newer units have a warehouse style to it.
